Refund policy

1. Consumer Rights

1.1. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products unless the Products are made to your specification or have been clearly personalised (which shall be dealt with in accordance with clause 6.3). If the Products are not made to your order, you will subject to the Products being returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition they were delivered to you, receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 10 below). 

1.2. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing within seven working days of payment on order. You must also return any samples and Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.

1.3. Where the Products have been made to your specification or bespoke made to order you do not have the right to cancel.

1.4. Details of your legal rights, and an explanation of how to exercise them, are available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or trading standards office. This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Return Policy

2.1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days. Returns and cancellations are exempt from the cooling off period under the CCR where the items ordered are bespoke made to order and you do not have the right to cancel.

2.3. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

2.4. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as we do not offer free returns.

2.5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

3.1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
